Madison Ave Studios has a large number of VST audio plugins including the Waves Gold, SSL 4000 and CLA Classic bundles. In addition, we have the Studio One Fat Channel collection which run in the DAW and on the desk. These plugins bring a wealth of mixing and mastering power to our studio. From compressors, delays, compression, EQ, reverb, pitch correction and more, we have all the essentials your recordings need.

Our studio uses multiple drum software packages including XLN Audio's Addictive Drums 2 and GetGood Drums which give our clients more ways than ever to craft and fine-tune the perfect drums for virtually any type of music. We can either program drum loops or have a drummer play our acoustic drum set to trigger the our virtual drum sounds.

Acoustic Drums with Recording Mics
The PDP by DW all-maple drums are equipped with two rack toms, two floor toms and Zildjian cymbals. Each drum is mic'd with an Audix D-series mic and the overhead mics are Audix ADX-51 condensers. We are also able to use this kit as trigger to access all of the amazing virtual drum sounds in Addictive Drums 2 and GetGood Drums by utilitizing UVI Drum Replacer software.
Yamaha MOX8 & MOX6
Music Production Synthesizer Workstation
Our studio has both the 88-key MOX8 (hammer-action) and 61-key MOX6 (synth-action) keyboards from Yamaha. They combine a MOTIF XS sound engine, a MIDI keyboard controller with extensive DAW and VST control, multi-channel USB audio interfacing, onboard sequencing, and an extensive DAW / VST software bundle.
